Re: Interior light cover

Not sure if I follow, but I hope that doesn't mean you still have to pay them for the two they printed for you. £140 is a lot of cash for such a small thing :-/

Re: Fallen Wedge

Looking at that princess, I noticed it has rubber ducky aerial. I only fitted one of those last year after the telescopic one had rusted to death.

Re: Interior light cover

Thought you said you'd had two covers 3D printed by them already? Did you get them for free? I have had two covers 3D printed by a firm that I talked to at the NEC last year. I gave them an original cover and internal lamp body to tune their effort to ensure they fitted well - which they did. They a...

Re: Interior light cover

I have no idea, time, materials..The item is printed in resin so it looks like a cast piece not 3d printed.

But still, bit too rich for my blood for such a small part.

How much did they charge you?

Interior light cover

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I felt it was both a general question as well as an “I want one, before I stick my finger through another crumbly cover” sort of topic. I spoke to Martin on FB this morning about this and he suggested I post here. Interior light covers? Is there jus...

Some good news

Hello chaps! I thought I'd drift in and poke my head round the door to prove I'm still alive. Thanks to Kev and Martin, I've been able to keep my wedge on the road. Both right hand doors have been slowly getting worse and until earlier this year, I honestly thought my number was finally up, my goose...

General question to fellow wedge owners

Well this is a random question, it's neither a wedge woe nor a wedge want..more of "Stands next to his car scratching head" moment. So your sitting in your wedge and your thinking...I'm a bit low down, either my bums deflated or this chair isn't right. Deciding it has to be the latter, you get yours...

Windscreen wipers that saved my bacon!

As some of you know, my lucks been a little hit and miss in regards to my wedge. One of my minor issues has been windscreen wipers. One suggestion was to buy boche wiper blades from eBay, at around £6.50 for one, the Yorkshireman in me feels the urge to quote old line "Ow much??". But I stuck my han...

Good day all Well even though the princess is now listed for sale, I've been getting the old lad on the road more. Truth be told, ever since someone tried stealing him, I've not felt like driving the car. I suppose its the same kind of thing as when someone breaks in to your home, it doesn't feel li...

I'm going to have another look at the weekend. I think I need to look at the manual and figure out how the light switch for the interior light works. Getting back on the road

So after the fun I had at the beginning of the year, the old lad has passed his MOT. Looks like I will need to take him in to have wiring checked. Either connections are getting a bit mucky or the prat that tried to jump start the wedge has damaged something. Got in the car last night and the interi...
