Hi I'm Graham I'm retired I've just sold the HUMBER SCEPTRE MK2 that I owned and acquired a 1979 Princess 2 - 2200 HL automatic in I think is Damask red . The suspension is getting regassed on Monday by Ian and Dawn Kennedy so hopefully she will ride a lot better .

Welcome. Graham. Good luck with your new venture. It looks lovely and will ride much better after Ian K's work. When I can get my photoshop program to work so I can reduce their size I'll post the photos you sent me. I hope that's OK. Everybody likes a photo!

That looks really nice. Damask Red has always suited the Princess.

Yes, that colour does suit... I thought Vermillion was my favourite, but that is lovely... Probably helps that the car looks to be in such lovely condition! Do you need to do much?

Hi Simon I've just had the suspension regassed by Ian and Dawn Kennedy which has had made a vast difference to ride and handling . I've also serviced her and replaced disc pads . The door seals are not in a very good condition and up to now I haven't found at to replace them so I've glued them back together with mixed results .

Woolies do a great range of trims suitable for the Princess: https://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/category/37/side-seals If you compare what you've got to what they've got listed, there should be a reasonable match. The quality of their products is really nice.
